We are a family committed to living life to the fullest through adventure, healthy living, and creating a positive, faith-centered environment. The name Roaming Rebels was inspired by our son, Rebel, whose story has shaped the way we choose to live each day.

Before Rebel was born, we learned he had a brain condition called ventriculomegaly. Many medical professionals prepared us for an uncertain future, and some believed he might not survive or be able to experience life as other children do. Faced with those unknowns, we made a promise to ourselves and to our family: regardless of the outcome, we would embrace every opportunity to truly live, make memories, and experience life's adventures together.

Throughout that journey, prayer became our foundation. We held firmly to our faith, trusting that God had entrusted Rebel to our family for a purpose, even when we couldn't yet understand what that purpose might be. His resilience has continually reminded us that every day is a gift and that life's greatest moments are often found in the simplest experiences shared with the people we love.

After Rebel was born, additional testing revealed something we never expected—his brain had healed. His team of doctors was astonished by the results, and our family was overwhelmed with gratitude for the life he now has the opportunity to live. To us, it was nothing short of a miracle and a powerful reminder of God's faithfulness.

Since that day, we have remained true to the promise we made during those uncertain months. We choose to embrace every opportunity for adventure, explore new places, and create meaningful experiences together. Our children love staying active, trying new sports, and discovering new hobbies, and we encourage them to approach life with curiosity, confidence, and gratitude.
